Payment methods

Cash on delivery (CoD)

The goods will be paid immediately when delivered with cash on delivery. You will incur a CoD fee of €6 that we will invoice. In addition, there is a delivery fee of €2 that must be paid directly to our shipping partner, DHL, on delivery. Therefore, the CoD costs come to €8 in total. CoD is only available to clients in Germany.

Payment in advance

You can conveniently pay in advance. We will process your order as soon as the transfer has arrived in our account. The stated delivery times start with the arrival of the money. In cases of transfers from outside the country, the buyer must bear all costs, including the transfer fees.

Payment on invoice

We will ship the goods to you on invoice with a payment deadline of 10 days without deductions. We will conduct a routine credit check for orders on invoice. You consent to this by ordering on invoice. If the result of the credit check is negative, we reserve the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and to offer you purchasing by cash on delivery or advance payment.
